Jiangyang District Renewable Resources Sorting Center Project

The project is also the first recycling resource sorting center in Luzhou City. It is understood that the project is located in Luoshiqiao Village, Tongtan Town, Jiangyang District, covering an area of 12 acres, with a total investment of 90 million yuan and a construction area of more than 6,500 square meters. It includes three main buildings: an intelligent household waste sorting center, a comprehensive office building, and a hazardous waste temporary storage warehouse.

The 5,000-square-meter factory building is planned with raw material areas, sorting areas, processing areas, quality inspection areas, and finished product areas. There are also temporary storage points for household waste and hazardous waste. It is equipped with artificial intelligence high-speed sorting robots, wind separators, magnetic separators, vibrating feeders and other recycling resource sorting equipment, noise prevention, dust prevention, recyclable material packaging equipment and other related ancillary facilities. It is mainly used to classify, screen and package recyclable materials such as small household appliances, clothing, paper-based materials, and plastic bottles. The designed processing capacity is 50 tons/day. After completion, it will realize intelligent sorting, classified and zoned processing, and storage of recycled resources, effectively promoting the comprehensive recycling and utilization of recycled resources in the entire district.

Wu Zhi, deputy director of the District Comprehensive Administrative Law Enforcement Bureau, introduced that this project uses advanced, energy-saving and environmentally friendly sorting equipment. After completion, it will greatly alleviate the problems in the recycling industry in Jiangyang District, such as low degree of organization, low level of sorting technology, low degree of business standardization, and low degree of industrial concentration. It will play a positive role in further building a recycling network system with a reasonable layout, sound network, applicable facilities, complete functions and scientific management.
