The company hasintroduced internationally advanced AI-powered intelligent automated sorting and operating systems, and adopted international advanced production technologies and equipment to achieve efficient and precise processing of recycled resources. It possesses 3A bottle flake production lines, high molecular functional chip production lines, modified high molecular material product production lines, and differentiated recycled special fiber production lines. In addition, the company currently has several sets of industry-leading batch and continuous viscosity-increasing equipment, which can produce functional high-viscosity chip. 瑞纽宝(RNB)致力于将回收瓶砖经清洗生产线处理转变为再生瓶片,清洗线再生处理能力总产能25万吨。瑞纽宝(RNB)将结合回收瓶砖的特点,充分利用国际先进AI智能自动化操作系统,大幅提升再生瓶片生产效益。此外,再生瓶片可为再生粒子、再生纤维及塑料制品提供丰富原料,实现资源全维度可持续再生利用。
RNB is dedicated to transforming recycled bottle bricks into recycled bottle flakes through a cleaning production line, with a total processing capacity of 250,000 tons. RNB will combine the characteristics of recycled bottle bricks and fully utilize the advanced international AI intelligent automation operating system to significantly enhance the production efficiency of recycled bottle flakes. In addition, recycled bottle flakes can provide abundant raw materials for recycled particles, recycled fibers, and plastic products, achieving sustainable and comprehensive resource regeneration and utilization.

瑞纽宝(RNB)致力于将自有清洗生产线生产的再生瓶片及外购料混合,经干燥、熔融挤出、冷却切片等工艺流程转变为改性高分子材料粒子,其中固相增粘及固相缩聚总产能5万吨,再生改性粒子总产能5万吨。瑞纽宝(RNB)可提供一系列具有增韧、阻燃等性能的改性高分子材料粒子,后期更会上线高分子塑料制品(塑料托盘等)生产线,产品广泛应用于制造业、汽车工业、包装和家用纺织品等领域。
RNB is dedicated to blending its own recycled bottle flakes produced by its cleaning production line with purchased materials, and transforming them through processes such as drying, melt extrusion, and cooling and slicing into modified polymer particles. The total capacity for solid-state viscosity increase and solid-state polycondensation is 50,000 tons, and the total capacity for modified polymer particles is also 50,000 tons. RNB can provide a series of modified polymer particles with properties such as toughness and flame retardancy. In the future, it will also launch a production line for polymer plastic products (such as plastic pallets),and its products are widely used in manufacturing, automotive industry, packaging, home textiles and other fields.
