The State Council has issued the "Action Plan for Promoting Large-Scale Equipment Upgrades and Consumer Product Trade-Ins." A wave of construction and renovation of baling stations and sorting centers has swept across the country. State-owned enterprises, capital markets, and leading companies are all getting involved.
According to incomplete statistics, there are about 10,000 plastic baling stations and sorting centers in China. However, they generally face challenges such as small scale, scattered distribution, and outdated sorting methods.
