From "dirty, messy and poor" to "clean, white and bright"

"Making bottle flakes cleaner, whiter and brighter, and making chemical fibers smoother and softer" is the mission that Hengyi Technology has always adhered to. According to Yang Jianliang, the company focuses on the research and development of products such as recycled polyester bottle flakes cleaning agents and silicone oil for polyester staple fibers. Its core goal is to directly target the two major pain points of the industry: low-cost and high-efficiency deep cleaning and high-standard clean flake quality improvement. "PET bottle flake cleaning seems simple, but it actually requires a lot of technology." Yang Jianliang said frankly, "Especially for high-standard 3A white flakes, how to remove dirt, glue and yellow, and restore the white and bright essence of bottle flakes, traditional cleaning agents are often unable to do so." For this reason, Hengyi Technology independently developed a liquid cleaning agent with high efficiency in degumming and decontamination, which can restore some low-yellowing PET bottle flakes to new state while cleaning, and the product is easy to rinse and not easy to leave residue.

Currently, Hengyi Technology has 4 cleaning powders and 3 liquid cleaning agents, such as:

• Liquid cleaning agent HY253A: It is good at "removing dirt and oil", and helps a domestic enterprise to achieve import substitution;
• Liquid cleaning agent HY253B: It has both decontamination and bleaching functions, which can make PET bottle flakes whiter and brighter, reduce the B value of bottle flakes, and increase the L value of clean flakes;
• Cleaning powder series: Provide flexible solutions for different pollution levels and material characteristics, covering emerging markets such as Southeast Asia and Africa.

From "laboratory vase" to "Chinese business card"

Technology implementation cannot be separated from actual verification. "Our products are not 'vases' in the laboratory, but tools that can really help companies reduce costs and increase efficiency." Yang Jianliang emphasized. To this end, Yang Jianliang also shared two typical cases:

• Dilemma of Company A: Long-term reliance on imported cleaning agents, resulting in high costs. After the introduction of HY253A, not only did it achieve domestic substitution, but the overall cost was also reduced due to the cleaning agent's easy rinsing and low residue characteristics.
• Changes in Company B: The company's 3A film's B value and L value used to be substandard, and the proportion of old yellow films exceeded the standard. After adopting HY253B, the proportion of yellow films was greatly reduced, and the product quality was unanimously recognized by downstream customers.

Despite the remarkable achievements, Yang Jianliang still has a clear understanding of the pain points of the industry: "How to restore and clean deeply contaminated oil bottle pieces, aging pieces and old yellow pieces is still an unsolved problem."
